WildlifeOS, Inc. ("WildlifeOS," "we," "us") operates this website and the CrocAlarm product. This policy explains what information we collect through this site and how we use it. WildlifeOS is a pre-seed stage company; this policy will be expanded as our product, pilot program, and data practices develop.
When you submit a form on this site — a Pilot Program request or an Investor inquiry — we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, organization, email address, phone number, property or investment details, and any message you include.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate pilot site or investment fit, and follow up about CrocAlarm and WildlifeOS. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Form submissions are processed through our website hosting provider's form-handling service. We retain inquiry information as needed to run our pilot program and investor outreach, and for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
You may request that we delete information you've submitted by emailing founders@crocalarm.com.
This policy covers this website only. As CrocAlarm moves from architecture and prototyping into field pilots, we will publish a separate, detailed data policy covering sonar, camera, and environmental data collected by deployed hardware before any such deployment begins.
